WE OFFER CLASSES ON BUTCHERING, SAUASAGE MAKING, INTRO TO FERMENTATION, AND INTRO TO CHARCUTERIE.  CLASS SIZES CAN VARY FROM 4-20 PEOPLE.  LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A CLASS FOR YOUR GROUP.  ITS A GREAT WAY TO ENJOY A DAY WITH FAMILY, SOME FRIENDS OR AS A TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY!
